This Farberware microwave is exactly what you’d expect from a small, budget-friendly microwave: it’s basic, but it gets the job done. It’s 700 watts, which is lower power than most microwaves, but that also means it’s a good option for places with limited electrical outlets or for off-grid power systems. For example, I was able to run it for several minutes on a Jackery 1000 portable power station without any problems.
There are a few drawbacks to keep in mind. First, because it’s lower power, it takes a little longer to heat up your food.
