I also love that it has a rotisserie function. I can put a whole chicken or a big roast on the spit, and it cooks it perfectly every time. The convection feature circulates hot air around the food, which helps it cook faster and more evenly. I also like that it has a defrost function. This is really helpful when I need to thaw frozen meat or vegetables quickly.
